I was flipping through a special edition of Country Sampler and came across a beautiful picture of a living room. It caught my eye for a few reasons: the fireplace is gorgeous, it’s farmhouse style, and there are touches of love inspired decor; I told you it was trendy! I love #MagazineMatch because it’s a fun challenge! Let me know what you think!

Get Farmhouse Inspired

The total for all the items used is just under $200! Now, the farmhouse look can get a little pricey at times, but that is a pretty good deal for all the stuff I used! The nice thing about farmhouse style is that it is typically pretty neutral, and doesn’t need to be changed with the seasons. That means you will get more than enough use out of the decor because it will be your every day look.

I say nine when there are eight listed below, but I used two wild cotton picks! Looking at the original picture in the magazine, you would think you need a lot more products!

This style will look great in any room of your home. Living room, home office, bedroom…you get the idea. You don’t even have to complete the entire look! If you like the items displayed on top of the faux fireplace, they will look great in any room! Only like the cotton, boxwood, and lantern? Perfect! They’d be a great centerpiece. Maybe the Love You More Pillow belongs on your bed for a nice accent vs. your chair. Make it all your own and then be sure to come back and tell me about it!
